The sage and the yogi know the benefits of having a mind and body empty of clutter, but we moderns fill our lives as though we are afraid of a clear space within ourselves. We rush around hither and thither filling up each minute without regard to our own needs or space. To quote Mary Burmeister “we are human Be-ings not human Do-ings”. Learn to Breathe deeply and Be.
